Ingredients

For the Chicken Marinade:

  • 300g (10 oz) boneless chicken breast or thighs, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 200g (7 oz) egg noodles or rice noodles
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (or any neutral oil)

  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets (optional)

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Chicken:

  1. In a bowl, combine sliced chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Mix well and set aside to marinate for 15 minutes.
