Instructions
- Prepare the Soak
Mix Limoncello, water, and sugar until dissolved. - Make the Mascarpone Cream
Whisk mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon zest until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to soft peaks, then gently fold into the mascarpone mixture. - Assemble the Verrines
Quickly dip ladyfingers in the Limoncello soak and layer them in serving glasses. Add a layer of mascarpone cream. Repeat if necessary, finishing with cream on top. - Garnish & Chill
