  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup raisins (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Sauté the Aromatics
    Heat olive oil in a large pot or tagine over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add Vegetables & Spices
